This laptop is so much faster than my previous laptop and is lightweight. The backlit keyboard is helpful at night too.

I bought three when they were on sale before school started. My daughters have complained that it over heats, it will sometimes just freeze up, and now will not auto rotate or switch to tablet mode. I know this has probably been caused by an update. We are not alone with these issues when I search for help, there are many since Sept that have this issue. I still like HP but BE CAREFUL! I went with an AMD chip in this computer but my Intel chip Spectre is not have these issues.

I had a issue with the battery already. Best Buy was very helpful and got me up and running

I love the size but not sure about the processor since I'm used to using Intel. Otherwise, I would recommended

We were in the market for a new laptop. Andrew the sales associate listened to our needs and expectations and directed us to the laptop to suit our needs. His knowledge was amazing and mild manner didn’t press us to purchase. He gave us time, answered our questions and we bought the laptop.

Compact in size and very speed. No lagging while working..

Overall, the computer is fine. The fan does run very often. And after only 3 months, the keyboard is sticking. I have to press hard on some #'s and letters to get them to register. I do not use this laptop all day long-- probably only about an hour a day. Luckily the manufacturer warranty is 1 year, so it is covered with geek squad and I'm bringing it in for repair. It's too bad that after such a short time I'm already having this problem. I have a crappy chromebook and that happened to it after years. This does not bode well for this product. The keyboard has always been "wavy" looking. But I thought that was an optical illusion. lol Now I know that it's affecting it. How the cursor appears on the screen also drives me nuts. But like I said, overall, it's a decent computer.
