I love my HP Omnibook X Flip 2 in 1 Copilot 14" touch screen laptop. It is so easy to operate and does everything I need it to do. I am very happy with my purchase and it is just the right size.

Works great as advertised. No surprises. Just charged battery and letting it go down and back up several times to train the battery. Not crazy about Windows 11 but 10 is going away soon.

Exceptional laptop! I'm a dinosaur when it comes to technology, but this cool machine was easy to learn and rocks!! I'm back in college, and use it to write all my papers, participate in zoom calls, text, make phone calls, shop on amazon and Bestbuy, all at the same time. I don't regret this purchase. In fact, I bought an identical laptop for my niece, who's a nursing student.

Lightweight yet sturdy. Easily portable, I use it to maintain meeting minutes and membership rolls for an organization to which I belong/serve.

Thislaptop is great. Touch screen so it can be used as a tablet and the picture quality us great too. Im not tech savy but ita been great. I mainly use ky for college work but i did a little gaming and it was great too .

I need a laptop for simple things like filing my taxes, the occasional internet search, storing critical files, etc. I don’t need a high end machine. This laptop is exactly what I need. It’s fantastic value for the money. This is the third HP laptop for me. HP PC’s are very reliable. I only bought this one because the old one couldn’t be upgraded to Windows 11

Best Buy have been great and everything I got came at the right time and was packaged well . My choices may not have been the best as I found my new H.P is slower than expected and much slower than my H.P Envy. I wanted to set up my new laptop the proper way and asked the Geek Squad to assist with this however after three visits it is still not set up properly . Overall it is a decent laptop but after two weeks of use I wish I would have made a different choice .

Works really well and I appreciate this computer. It overall does everything that I need it to do. Sometimes a bit slow when multitasking but continues to do what I need it to do.

This is a great computer as im entering my freshman year of college! Also they guy that help us Logan from the Merrillville location went COMPLETELY ABOVE AND BEYOND he made sure i understood everything and he was amazing

The computer is nice and was easy to set up. The touch screen is hard to use in outdoor humid hot weather, but other than that, it works great. I'm sure I haven't found everything to set up, but as I have issues, the HP website has been quick to respond. The keyboard has a nice feel. Battery life is about 2 hours of full time use which is quite q bit less that stated on the specs. The power adapter cord is braided and appears very sturdy. It has USB C on the cord - not the pin end, so it is compatible with lots of electronics. Screen visual is good. It would probably be better if I chose a different option, but that takes more power and I would rather have longer battery life. Very nice computer for the money.

Computer works very nice. The Ai is a great addition and it can be very helpful and interactive at times. Very worth it purchase. I highly recommend.
