my daughter and I purchased this for her dad/my husband. His old laptop was very outdated and slow. He's extremely impressed with thhis new HP computer. no complaints at all.Best Buy price, and knowledge the in store associate that helped us were really good too

Solid laptop for school. Not the nost powerful or fastest laptop but good enough for a middle schooler/high schooler. The 2 in 1 functionality is convenient. Display is very nice. Keyboard is not great design.

Bought this personal laptop to replace an old Dell business laptop and very pleased with it. I opted for a permanent Word app ($150) instead of Microsoft Office with Excel, Word and the rest as I can use Office Free if ever needed for non-Word applications. Also don't need Acrobat as a subscription anymore either since I retired from business and just choosing 'save as pdf' works fine. for under $800 total, I'm happy.

Very good laptop. Pretty good in speed. The screen feels as if it has a yellow hue going on. Not a fan but I can get over it. It just sucks going from an OLED laptop back to an LED laptop. If you can get over that than its a good laptop

This is a good little computer. I miss a full keyboard but it will work well for travel.

i had purchased a notebook for my husbands 60th birthday, then i realized it would of overwhelmed him, so i took it back and got him a tablet, something easier for him, I had no problem doing this with the best buy staff

Perfect computer for my daughter to do school on. We also bought my husband one for work after seeing how great it is.

Does what it needs. Very light and powerful. My only issues is too many apps or tools installed. Keyboard kind of blocky(must get comfortable with design) and camera take few seconds to recognize during login.

Great purchase. Using for school classes online and no issues so far. Has great features!

The smaller size fits well anywhere. large letters are nice for older adults, lightweight is great when in your lap and carrying around.
