This was a computer I bought for my wife, so while I dont' have firsthand experience using it, I can tell you my wife LOVES it. For me, this seemed like the best bang for the buck, as far as specs go. What I didn't pay attention to -- that are game changers for my wife -- are the touch screen and especially the Flip 2-1 aspect. It allows her to use this as a laptop, a tablet, or a movie screen. She is not a "tech" person, so she's not pushing this to its max, but from a pure usuability/function standpoint, she loves it and has no complaints. It exceeded her expectation in a laptop. She's hoping to use this to do more AI, but so far hasn't really dug in, so can't speak to that yet, but we are hopeful.

I got this computer opened and I have been pleasantly surprised! It came as new and has been working perfectly! It paired really well with a pen just bought on Amazon. This has been a great buy.

Love the compact size and the larger keys. I was concerned with adjustments that I would have to make with transitioning from my older computer, but it has been quite easy.
