Heats up a lot. Not enough performance. Didnt get the pen

I haven't used this computer enough to give an opinion.

Unfortunately this has been a disappointment. The laptop had an old WiFi driver and even after I installed the current one, it drops WiFi after a few minutes. I’m out of town and unable to get it fixed.

Power on and off quite frequent, will be returning

Had to return to store for issues. Bought something different.

Quit working and best buy rejected my return. I hope someone sues best buy. Im out money and a laptop. The thing wont even boot into windows.

Stopped working. Make sure you buy the warranty or accept a little over one month's life. VERY frustrating! I'm going to try another brand from a different store. (I didn't use this every day, so it may have quit much earlier)

I bought the HP OmniBook X Flip 20 days ago, and it’s been nothing but trouble. The laptop frequently freezes, even during basic tasks, forcing me to restart constantly. I even went to the Best Buy in Dayton for support, but all they did was check for updates and couldn’t provide any real solution. What’s most frustrating is that my 5-year-old Dell Inspiron with an Intel i7 still runs smoother and more reliably than this brand-new HP. It's definitely not worth the investment.

The battery lasted me at most 3 hours for me. I have already returned the device... it's been 16 days and i am STILL waiting for the refund. The employee told me that it would be my best fit, he was incorrect.

Very poor. Had it back to store and tried to get HP support. They were not helpful at all. Will never buy HP again.

Very slow,painful slow.Sometimes processor just stop working together,leaving the laptop frozen and unusable.

You have this on line for 679.00 and I was charged 999.00. I am a senior citizen and that hurts. The computer is okay.

Wifi network card is junk. It will not connect to 5 ghz and keeps dropping off the network.

The first laptop i got came with a dead display light.

It went out the first time I turned it on. Luckily, I hadn't left the store yet.So I returned it and bought another brand.

Excellent choice for a student. Easy to use and set up. Lightweight. Fast and a little extra stylish.

It's a great purchase, if youre looking for something sleek and unique, while performing at a peak then you need to get of these for you knees!!!! this is not a bot btw lol, i really enjoy thgis laptop, its like a windows version of a macbook.
