Good laptop for what I use it for. Cool upgrades works well

I like that this HP Laptop is lightweight as I carry it everyday in my backpack. I use it to play music for a class and sometimes it cuts off, without warning. It links with Bluetooth speakers, but sometimes cuts off. In spite of these issues which might be my inability to program it properly, I like this product. It was good value for the money spent in purchasing it.

Very good laptop. Pretty good in speed. The screen feels as if it has a yellow hue going on. Not a fan but I can get over it. It just sucks going from an OLED laptop back to an LED laptop. If you can get over that than its a good laptop

I have been able to write notes along with streaming educational videos for my classes and has been able to hold all my projects with no problem!! I have also been able to play video games in my down-time!

Solid laptop for school. Not the nost powerful or fastest laptop but good enough for a middle schooler/high schooler. The 2 in 1 functionality is convenient. Display is very nice. Keyboard is not great design.

Amazing laptop, excellent set up and performance, good for desktop task

I forgot the name of the young man that helped me. He was fantastic!!! He listened to what I needed in a laptop and he knew immediately what I needed! He was very knowledgeable and showed me the notebook that was exactly what I needed. He explained things in a way that I could understand , He hooked me up with Microsoft Office package and security. The whole experience was awesome.

The battery life is great and it handle everything I do on a daily basis without overheating. The metal build quickly is premium and durable and overall, I love it.

Needed a laptop for work traveling and this one checked all the boxes. Plenty of ports for connecting other things. Fast and lots of storage.

This unit has stood up well for my daughter in her grad school program. Very pleased with the features and performance!

Bought this personal laptop to replace an old Dell business laptop and very pleased with it. I opted for a permanent Word app ($150) instead of Microsoft Office with Excel, Word and the rest as I can use Office Free if ever needed for non-Word applications. Also don't need Acrobat as a subscription anymore either since I retired from business and just choosing 'save as pdf' works fine. for under $800 total, I'm happy.

Easy to use. Only thing I miss from my old one is number keyboard on side

Excellent laptop for the mid-range price point. The additional functionality of the touchscreen makes it even more versatile. Keys are a bit close, but you get used to them after typing a while.

I love it because its exactly what i was looking for. Its versatile, easy to use and carry in my handbag too
