    Unfortunately this has been a disappointment. The laptop had an old WiFi driver and even after I installed the current one, it drops WiFi after a few minutes. I’m out of town and unable to get it fixed.

    This is a pretty useless machine. The keyboard is not very user friendly. Multiple key strikes, sensitivity. The web is full of comments about it. The machine has difficulty running multiple tabs in chrome and will slow down to a freeze. Take a pass on this purchase.

    This laptop worked great for at least 6 months or so, now it requires daily updates for the bluetooth to work, no online tips have worked.

    I bought the HP OmniBook X Flip 20 days ago, and it’s been nothing but trouble. The laptop frequently freezes, even during basic tasks, forcing me to restart constantly. I even went to the Best Buy in Dayton for support, but all they did was check for updates and couldn’t provide any real solution. What’s most frustrating is that my 5-year-old Dell Inspiron with an Intel i7 still runs smoother and more reliably than this brand-new HP. It's definitely not worth the investment.

    Stopped working. Make sure you buy the warranty or accept a little over one month's life. VERY frustrating! I'm going to try another brand from a different store. (I didn't use this every day, so it may have quit much earlier)

    The battery lasted me at most 3 hours for me. I have already returned the device... it's been 16 days and i am STILL waiting for the refund. The employee told me that it would be my best fit, he was incorrect.
