Hi This 14"HP lap top is a replacement for my 11" HP lap top that my granddaughters giant loveable yellow dog destroyed. The 14" with AI is cool, and I can just ask for directions to the file needed. Copilot saves me hours Ever day and I am still learning new things daily that's in my PC. Pete Hinson

So far so good. Computer is great, Windows 11 transition is taxing for me but I’m getting there.

Initial setup was really easy, good general performance, it is really quiet, and touch screen is responsive with bright colors. Happy with general browsing and Office documents management after 4 months of purchase, but I'd recommend buying when you find a good discount, not at full price.

I was looking for a new computer and I found it. Love that is very nice and lite..it has the features that I love.

Computer is working smoothly, I recommend it for school ,work or for a business. It handles multitasking perfectly.

This is a great computer as im entering my freshman year of college! Also they guy that help us Logan from the Merrillville location went COMPLETELY ABOVE AND BEYOND he made sure i understood everything and he was amazing

Small size 14 inc easy to move very good I like it.

It takes a while getting used to the keys hut besides that this is amazing!

This computer replaced a Dell Inspiron 13 2-in-1. Comparable in most areas....better location of the power switch and volume adjustment, really nice lighted keyboard. This has more RAM and storage than my previous laptop, which did not accommodate Windows 11. So far, liking this computer a lot.

Waited a little while before reviewing, but now that I have lived with it for a little while, I can wholeheartedly recommend this laptop. The touch screen is super handy and responsive. The viewing angles are pretty good. The tablet mode has been super nice for reading, and the discreet grpahics card lets my partner play Baldurs Gate 3 with no issues. Also, the keyboard is a pleasure to use!

The laptop met our expectations. It has a very nice build quality and is very fast. The only thing we didnt like was the amount of bloatware pre-installed on the device that we had to remove after setup. Other than that, its a great device.

The computer is nice and was easy to set up. The touch screen is hard to use in outdoor humid hot weather, but other than that, it works great. I'm sure I haven't found everything to set up, but as I have issues, the HP website has been quick to respond. The keyboard has a nice feel. Battery life is about 2 hours of full time use which is quite q bit less that stated on the specs. The power adapter cord is braided and appears very sturdy. It has USB C on the cord - not the pin end, so it is compatible with lots of electronics. Screen visual is good. It would probably be better if I chose a different option, but that takes more power and I would rather have longer battery life. Very nice computer for the money.

Exactly what I needed and more! Fast with plenty of storage. Media output sounds better than an Apple, side by side, on the same sound system.

Excellent laptop! I'm thankful the techs recommended it to me. It's easy to set up and super efficient; great for ordinary computing needs.

Originally went to look at a laptop for my daughter. Spoke to a gentleman named Kevin and he helped us narrow down the perfect laptop for my daughter’s needs for her school. Went back a few days later and bought it. No regrets, my daughter absolutely loves her laptop.
