This laptop is great for the price. However, The warranty leaves a lot to be desired. If you have an incident, there will be an issue with getting it repaired. They will keep your laptop for a month without an alternative solution. They lack communication. HP will not offer a solution that will keep you working if a laptop is required. Good product but have a backup plan if something happens with the laptop.

Purchased this device for my wife and she loves it. The device does everything she needs it to do.

Haven't used it much, but it appears to be a great laptop so far. More than enough memory. The only downside is the sound, I don't require loudness, but it is relatively low. I do have issues with hearing, therefore, I wish it had a feature to adjust the sound for hearing impairments. If it does, I haven't discovered it yet, and I am still learning about its many features.

Best Buy has some really good people with great customer service. Very patient people who explain the product in great detail, but the time you actually make a purchase you know the actual value of what you are getting. I got the best deal on the HP OmniBook X Flip 2 in 1. It might be a 14" omni but this little monster has the fire power of a dragon.
