    Nice laptop overall. Light, powerful, great keyboard, great screen. The RAM despite is 16, not 32GB is more than enough for general use. The processor is so fast, that the machine is a breeze.

    Best Buy has some really good people with great customer service. Very patient people who explain the product in great detail, but the time you actually make a purchase you know the actual value of what you are getting. I got the best deal on the HP OmniBook X Flip 2 in 1. It might be a 14" omni but this little monster has the fire power of a dragon.

    Pros: speed, touchscreen, headphone jack. The look and feel. Cons: touchpad is a little sensitive. I used an external mouse when possible.
