    I haver had any issues thus far. In not a fan of the keys. They're too smooth & i loose my typing placement. Other than that, i like it.

    No easy, intuitive way to transfer old computer (Windows 10) set up and files. Also, no Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) that I had previously purchased were n the computer or apparently transferable from the old computer to the new computer. Other than that, it appears to be running okay.

    I have only had it a week. I like that the screen folds down almost flat. I wish it were a bit lighter.

    Tis 14" Laptop was too slow for recovery of info & pictures. So I traded it in to get the a faster laptop in 16" for almost the same price.

    I love the looks of this laptop. It is as fast as expected with an Intel Ultra 7. However, the screen suffers from really bad light bleed, especially noticeable when using an app or website with a dark background. There is absolutely no reason why in 2025 a laptop that has an MSRP of over $1K would suffer from light bleed. As much as I like the looks, big keys and the 2-in-1 form factor, I am returning it tomorrow.
