    This laptop is great for the price. However, The warranty leaves a lot to be desired. If you have an incident, there will be an issue with getting it repaired. They will keep your laptop for a month without an alternative solution. They lack communication. HP will not offer a solution that will keep you working if a laptop is required. Good product but have a backup plan if something happens with the laptop.

    This laptop has been absolutely fantastic! The expert at Best Buy gave me excellent advice—he walked me through several options and helped narrow it down to the one that perfectly fit my needs. On top of that, the Geek Squad did an outstanding job transferring everything from my desktop to my new laptop, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
