    Needed to update wife's older Windows 10 small laptop from Lenovo. It still works great but unable to convert to Windows 11. Found this HP and really like it. Wife is transferring data from Lenovo to HP slow go but making progress. She really likes the new HP, great display and seems to be well built. Hope it lasts as well as the Lenovo has.

    It took me a minute to get used to the keyboard because the keys are bigger than a normal key board. Easy to set up and a very nice computer.

    To be honest, I thought I was going to like this laptop as I am a fan of HP. However, I could not get used to the keyboard and took it back. Best Buy was awesome and allowed me to trade the HP for the Lenovo Yoga and I love it. Great service by the BB staff.

    I think the most helpful thing for me was the patience and kindness of your employee. I can't remember the name of the fellow, but I do remember he was from the country Tunisia. He was vert helpful and not pushy at all. He really helped me in understanding what I was getting and the pros and cons of the product. He was super patient with my tech ignorance!
