I really upset because I did applied for renewal Best Buy Credit Card because I lost it. The seller found my name on it. One week they sent a letter they rejected me to get a replace Best Buy card. I wish to return the lap computer back and I willl look other store, they will offer me the match price and plus 25% plus get new card up to $1,000

Product was defective. I mailed it to my daughter in GoodYear AZ. She was forced to return it after BeyBuy techs did their best.

HP Just installed without my request a bunch of pop ups that are blocking my ability to work. It's taken a half hour to uninstall it. I WILL NOT BUY HP LAPTOPS AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS

Recieved a damaged product, the track pad was bent! It was a gift for my sister in India! And now I can't even return it!

I have only had this a few days and already getting a power failure. Now back to exchange assuming they dont give me issues.

I did the research on lots of different models and decided on the HP. Its small size and sleek design caught my eye. It’s perfect for my needs and runs seamlessly! It has a beautiful clear display. It’s fast, portable and has enough room for all my pictures, music and crafting ideas!!

The laptop works great and looks fantastic! It has a solid metal body, runs fast, and I haven’t encountered any issues while using it for work or casual gaming (CS, Rocket League). I really like that it has an HDMI port, so I can easily connect it to my monitors without needing any additional adapters. The touchpad and keyboard both feel comfortable to use. The only thing I miss is a fingerprint reader, since face recognition doesn’t always work well when I’m wearing glasses or in low light. Overall, it’s a great laptop and I’m very happy with the purchase.

Quick Proccesser good for high level activty and tasks. LCD touchscreen makes it easier to use.

Just purchased this HP OmniBook yesterday. Received by the shipping and handling of Best Buy panters. So far seems to be what I desire not my wants. Want is a whim, desire is felt. One of the best computers I've own.

This is the best laptop I’ve ever owned and I have had macbook pros and Windows surface devices. This one with the ultra 7 and intel arc in particular is especially good due to its superb integrated graphics card. I’m able to do heavy multi tasking with no lag and also do gaming including fall guys, Fortnite and call of duty. All run perfectly with the correct settings. I first purchased this model with the Ryzen 5 and Amd Radeon graphics card and it does not compete with this intel arc graphics card. You won’t regret this buy!!!
