Not a very tech savvy individual but knew I needed an amazing computer as a bookkeeper. Originally had my eyes set on a chromebook but happily was open to looking at other models. I was graciously shown this model and was hesitant as it was beyond my budget. I was then recommended to apply for the BestBuy credit card and have been over the moon delighted with my purchase!

This laptop is really too good in terms of speed, navigation, touch, browsing etc Only one thing keep in mind, if buying from BestBuy then get everything in written. BestBuy team is giving false information before buying and once you bought they change their statement. So make sure whatever they are committing, it should be in writing. Example: with this laptop, BestBuy associate told me, you will received 1 yr MS subscription along with McAfee. Once I bought, the picture is completely different. It's applicable onlybfor 30 days as trial version. So never ever be in trap of BestBuy associates.

I like the Hp omnibook x flip 2 in 1 laptop. I'm a student and I find it more than adequate for my use. I get a battery life of around 10 hours. The battery discharges around 10% per hour. The only con i noticed is the display is not perfect. The srgb is 65% and not 100% srgb which makes the color not perfect. The black looks grey. If you're not gonna watch movies in this laptop. You won't notice this much.

Great new computer, the buttons are big, it's easy to use. the computer knows what I'm looking for quickly, from settings to apps everything is easy. Only issue I had was it didn't come with Windows 11 Pro, I had to bring it back to Geek Squad for them to install it, which took 4 or so days.

I’ve always used Apple ipads&imacs but I have this HP a try&it was a good move that I’m glad I made. I would recommend this to my family, friends, coworkers&anybody thinking about getting a laptop or tablet.

I got my Omni book X at a great price fantastic computer used to have a Mac. I don’t miss my Mac anymore. I paid a third of the price basically for this computer and everything you can do for exceeded my expectations. It’s a great fast computer easy to use love the flip screen for the price unbeatable

This is my 2nd HP Omnibook, the 1st lasted so long. I wanted the same this time. Its a great laptop for my needs.

This laptop is slightly smaller than me previous one so it took a little getting use to the smaller keyboard. Everything else is running great. The sales person that helped my said I could use both the laptop cord and a phone cord. This makes charging more convenient so I hope that works out ok

I enjoy my new laptop. It's small, easy to carry. I douse a keyboard which makes it easier for me to operate. Would definitely recommend it.

This laptop was awesome for my daughter especially for her first year in college. She loves the laptop and work online with her zoom meeting and student tuition none stop. Glad she chose this HP instead of the Apple brand.

The Customer Service and Geek Squad support was outstanding. I first purchased a 1 inch screen but decided quickly that I needed to go back to a bigger screen. It was a flawless exchange and in a couple of days I had my new computer all set up and ready to go. The only thing I wish was that you could call the store directly vs. going through a 1-800 number to try and solve any issues/exchanges.

I’m genuinely impressed with this laptop. It delivers fast performance, boots up quickly, and handles multitasking with ease. Whether I’m browsing, streaming, or working on documents, everything runs smoothly. The design is sleek and user-friendly, making it a pleasure to use every day. It’s a reliable and convenient choice.

This Laptop speed and picture quality is excellent.

Overall i Like it. But I do not like at all that it wants to do auto backup onto the cloud (given that I have MS office 365; it did NOT used to work that way on my old windows 10 machine so this part of windows 11 I do not like. I prefer to do back up my laptop autjmatically to an external hard drive. Right now I have to gerry rig to make it back up to an external hard drive and this is not good. So far Geek squad says there is nothing they can do about that. I don't like using the cloud since it is too hard to have my files on the laptop computer the way I want them instead of it incessantly creating new versions that I do not want. I like to save files myself and NOT have it do it too often. Also, I do not like the way to do screen shots on windows 11 as I have to keep instructions handy to remember how to do that since to me, it is no longer intuitive. I supposed I will get used to it eventually but it is frustrating that they changed a lot how windows 11 works (compared to windows 10), supposedly making it easier. But to me it is not easier at all.

This HP laptop is smaller and lighter than my previous one. I love it!

Great for school - bright and responsive touch screen, keys don't get stuck, and very lightweight without feeling flimsy or poorly built. Display brightness and processing speed are great for the price, far exceeded my expectations, again, for the price. I don't think anyone truly needs anything better than this anyway. Overall, one of my best purchases for school thus far.

Very good Laptop for a 14". Very responsive and the LED screen exceptionally bright. Good Battery life as it will perform all day which makes it great for streaming. The price, when I purchased was better than anyone's with the same spec's. Too bad it's still not on sale as I would purchase another an additional unit!
