Great 14'' laptop feels good and runs great

Great Upgrade

I've been using Surface pros, 3 of them, since the first one came out but this laptop rocks for it's built quality, speed with all the software i use as well as all the standard ports comes with it.

Poor Warranty

However, The warranty leaves a lot to be desired. If you have an incident, there will be an issue with getting it repaired. They will keep your laptop for a month without an alternative solution. They lack communication. HP will not offer a solution that will keep you working if a laptop is required. Good product but have a backup plan if something happens with the laptop.

It has plenty of space for storage. The touch screen works really well especially with pens that have the stylus on the end of it.

Excellent Upgrade
