Nice looking laptop, still need to learn how to use it

Poor Computer and customer service. Rude managers. Computer lid and glass seperateted were hinges meet. Store and HP won't take responsibility for it. Instead they choose to claim it to be user issue. (Accidental ) $830.00 is what I paid for, HP won't fix it under warranty but they will fix it for $650.00. Sounds like a scam and poor customer service HP and Best Buy. 61 year old pressional disgusted.

I love the looks of this laptop. It is as fast as expected with an Intel Ultra 7. However, the screen suffers from really bad light bleed, especially noticeable when using an app or website with a dark background. There is absolutely no reason why in 2025 a laptop that has an MSRP of over $1K would suffer from light bleed. As much as I like the looks, big keys and the 2-in-1 form factor, I am returning it tomorrow.

Good enough for my needs, for what it's worth. I wish it was a little faster.

I never write reviews, so please know I mean this. The most infuriating thing about this laptop is that the fingerpad has several dead spots. I find myself having to click several times in different places EVERY SINGLE TIME. It will rarely just register the click the first time around. Additionally, it has several sound issues. I'd return, but I kept thinking it was a messed up internet connection. It's not. It's the laptop.

Horrible experience with BestBuy. Purchased the laptop brand new in store, unboxed it and never used it as I had a lengthy leave from the States until returning about last week. I return to see the screen completely non functional and it is out of return period. HP support has been no help as they say I should deal with the matter with BestBuy, and BestBuy is trying to charge me $300 to fix a defective laptop they sold me!!

Yes I read the reviews, they were mixed. Of course when the reviews are mixed you don't imagine the worst happening to you. Let's just say this computer is trash. When I spoke to support they confirmed that it is normal for the OS on this brand new laptop less than 2 months old to CRASH. What a waste.

Got it, 1-2 months later got “bleeding screen” I need to take it back and see if they can fix it/ refund it because it went out so quick.

Update takes a long time, had to wait over an hour for update to finish, then had to manually change date and time

Performance issue, while seating up the laptop have trouble

Game went out Chargers so I couldn’t use it. They should’ve let me know they were coming without no charges. You know I just spent another $30.

Love the larger keys now that we are getting older. The speed in which it downloads is so much faster than I imagined. I also like the lightness of the computer. Easy to carry and that it flips over and you can use it like a phone is great.

I really upset because I did applied for renewal Best Buy Credit Card because I lost it. The seller found my name on it. One week they sent a letter they rejected me to get a replace Best Buy card. I wish to return the lap computer back and I willl look other store, they will offer me the match price and plus 25% plus get new card up to $1,000

Product was defective. I mailed it to my daughter in GoodYear AZ. She was forced to return it after BeyBuy techs did their best.

HP Just installed without my request a bunch of pop ups that are blocking my ability to work. It's taken a half hour to uninstall it. I WILL NOT BUY HP LAPTOPS AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS

Recieved a damaged product, the track pad was bent! It was a gift for my sister in India! And now I can't even return it!

I have only had this a few days and already getting a power failure. Now back to exchange assuming they dont give me issues.
