I am extremely disappointed with the thermal performance of this laptop. Despite its high speed in basic tasks, it fails miserably under any sustained workload. The Experience: I attempted to render a standard 1.5-hour video at only 480p resolution. Even with such a low-resolution task, the laptop consistently crashed and shut down completely upon reaching the 30-50% mark. The left side of the chassis becomes dangerously hot while the right side remains cold, indicating a major flaw in internal heat distribution. The Cooling Struggle: In an attempt to fix this, I invested in two different types of external coolers: A standard Takros laptop cooler (which did nothing). A high-end, high-speed Gaming Turbofan cooler (DEPGI) designed for maximum pressure. Even with the gaming cooler running at maximum speed (3500 RPM) and positioned directly under the CPU hot spot, the laptop still suffered from "Heat Soak" and crashed. The internal cooling system is simply not capable of handling more than 30 minutes of continuous processing. Verdict: This laptop is fine for watching YouTube or light office work, but it is useless for video editing or any production tasks, even at low resolutions like 480p. If you plan to do any work that requires the CPU to run for more than a few minutes, stay away from this model. The sleek design is not worth the constant thermal failures.

Great value and fast enough! I enjoy the large keyboard keys and picture quality. It doesn't include all the apps like in the past but that is fine by me.

THIS HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! Delivered outside my apt 10pm at night.....for anyone to steal and refused to refund my money for a Brand new Lap Top!!!!!!!!! I am going to SUE THEM!!!!

This computer sucks!! Its always glitching. Hello Id broke after the 3rd day. System is always showing errors and I always have to reset my passcodes and reset the conputer. I had it for 11 days!!!!!
