The item I bought is not working I really like the laptop I bought. It was everything I needed to make everything needed for my assignment

This is the worst HP I've ever owned! The battery last less than 4 hours browsing IF THAT. It hangs all the time. The mouse pad doesn't seem to understand left click vs right click etc.. Complete garbage!

As of 12/30/25, I am experiencing problems with a blue box appearing at turning it on.

Crashed within days. Cannot log in opening screen. Tried to reset. Unable to find key to unlock drive. Cannot log into Microsoft. Iam confined to a wheelchair so I can’t get to Chattanooga.

It's the worst computer I've ever used. I won't purchase any more HP products. I bought and used several HP products, but they were all disappointing.

Crashed during update and was not salvageable. Had to return and get new computer.

Camera don’t work returned back everything else work ok

Starts fast, easy open apps, types good and very clear screen .

Super efficient and highly performant. Worth the price. The only concern is the keyboard layout is a bit different than the regular layout, it might not be convenient for some people.

Phenomenal laptop. I have only used it a handful of times since the holidays but I absolutely love it! One thing that I can’t get used to is how the mouse wil sometimes jump to another part of a document and if you’re not paying attention it will inevitably erase everything you just matted because somehow it managed to highlight everything you just typed when it jumped to the beginning of the paragraph. I just need to figure out why that happens.

Good speed, clear screen (2k). I don't like the keyboard - keep hitting keys next to the one I want. The touch screen is a nuisance.

The sales person took into consideration my budget and didn't push me to buy the most expensive item. The Geek Squad transferred the info from my old computer and online helped set up the new printer.

Great laptop for school and light gaming, and the screen is really nice

I like how sleek it is and I've always wanted a laptop that flips into a tablet. The issue is this thing just goes to skeep whenever it wants. If you place your hand too heavily, the screen goes black, if you tilt the screen back a certain way, the screen goes black. If you're typing something, in the middle of a project, the screen goes black. I have to restart this thing multiple times a day and I haven't figured out the issue yet.

Very easy for me to use and that is very much appreciated for someone who computer challenged
