I bought this for school specifically and it was working fine. But 1 day the touchscreen stopped working, googled, called Best Buy, and then hp…was on hold for 30+ minutes and out of no where the touch screen started working again. I didn’t have this laptop for more than a month, so I’m hoping this issue doesn’t pop up again because I had homework to do and the screen not working made the assignments longer than it should have and it was completely frustrating…

Laptop is nice but battery life is not good. Checking into this to see if it is defective

I wouldn’t recommend this laptop. It doesn’t have a built-in webcam, and it’s pretty heavy and bulky. It’s fine if you’re just using it at home, but if you plan to carry it to work or school, I wouldn’t even consider it.

Good afternoon, The laptop was returned. Unfortunately, after about 45 days of use, the laptop would not boot up and became stuck in a loop, requiring the laptop to be reset. Well, many attempts were made to reset the laptop, but all failed. I haven't had good luck with HP products in the past, so I gave it another try, hoping their issues with their systems were fixed. Still no luck.

Sales person lied. Also hard time if you need anything refunded.

This machine is not worth the sale price, let alone the full-boat retail price. It was touted as having a faster processor of a newer generation, with more memory and blah, blah, blah, so you can multitask and watch videos with no lag, blah, blah, blah. I got this thing, got it set up, and go to watch a basic YouTube video, and it keeps buffering, thrashing - thing is worthless. My old laptop, that I've already had almost 6 years now, with nowhere near as much memory or the new processor, kicks this piece of crap's butt, especially when it even comes down to just watching a basic YouTube video. I just tried them out, side by side, on a basic recipe video i was watching. This machine would go a second, freeze, go a second, freeze. My old machine, I hit play and the video starts and plays right through. What a waste of money this worthless piece of crap has turned out to be. Just sayin...

I don't have to read a book while waiting for it to boot up

Doesn't have enough Ram or memory for my Virtual machines for school so if you are interested in cyber security etc this isn't the right one it's okay for a personal laptop but definitely not for tech classes or work

Laptop worked well but seems to have a degrading battery out of the box. 1st day I received it the battery lasted for about 14-15 hours web viewing but day two that life span has been cut in half I'll end up returning mine for a replacement overall a solid experience just bad battery
