Out of the box was unable to power the unit up. Was about ready to take it back until I went to the help portal and it said to hold the power button down for 10 seconds and lo and behold that did the trick. Works great so far, much faster than the 10 years old laptop it replaced. Clipchamp is much better than previous default video editing programs.

I’ve been using the HP 360 for a bit now and I’m impressed. The hinge is nice and tight so it doesn't flop around when you use the touchscreen. It’s fast, handles all my tabs easily, and the build quality is great. If you’re looking for a foldable that actually feels durable, go with this one.

Excellent computer has everything I need! Last long the battery

Looks Sleek and looks" steelish ". Not very sure about the 16GB Ram, but it does what it is supposed to do. If you open a good number of tabs it may fell sluggish. Would have liked to have a way of the laptop closing these tabs that are not active by itself.. maybe there is a way. Otherwise good value for the money.

It was a great experience and works very good and charges fast and last long.

I would give a 5 but I haven’t had it long enough but so far so good. I love the battery life and that it is touch and how it flips all the way back. I also love that it has 16gb RAM

My HP OmniBook with 16" screen and 16GB memory is an excellent replacement for my SurfacePro. It has tons of power and I enjoy the size of the screen.

The battery life is excellent. And, so far, I've had no problems with the touch screen. The speed is a little disappointing Maybe I'm expecting too much. Also the keys are very close that I often click on the wrong keys. The touchpad is also taking time to get familiar. Not specifically related to the computer, the Microsfoft and HP product notification are annoying.

I really like my laptop. My computer was 7 years old and it was running so slow. This new laptop is remarkable. I am so happy that I finally was able to purchase it. Thank you Best Buy for always being there for me.

Great sale price on this awesome laptop. It is very fast and the battery lasts all day. It was brought to my attention by a Best Buy employee and I ended up buying it that day. So glad I did.

Powerful laptop, well made for a good price. Need a Win 11 laptop for Turbo Tax, Screen excellent, keyboard resposive. Only slight drawback is the weight. Have not tried to use it as a tablet but will soon. 16 gig memory fine, 512gig storage also fine for me. I'm an old Intel warrior but am impressed so far with the AMD rysen processor
