I am NOT tech savvy! I expected transfer from my old pc to this one to include same printer(s) set up and my access to use word. Both misunderstandings were caused by my ignorance and both ended up costing more money than what I thought I was paying up front. I was most taken aback by the printer resolution and I still don’t understand or like it. The unit now does everything I need and I am satisfied with it. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful but I still think more should have been discussed initially.

Product is much better than expected. Salesman was very professional and answered all my questions easily. Offered other suggestions for different type of laptops and software options as well. Overall, very pleased with my experience.

so many fun features on top of being just really good computer. a bit heavy but it was expected being it has such a large display.

The item was great !! The only thing was the way it was packed.. in a box with nothing to keep from moving around. No stuffing to keep it safe. Other then that is was fine.

Bought this item open-box and came in great condition. This laptop is feature packed. A little on the heavy side but something you can get used to. Bought for my son as a college laptop and should last him for a while.

This is great 2 in 1 laptop with many great features. Not sure where to start but I'll say I purchased it for my Technical Security training which requires a lot of resources and this device has it all, CPU, Memory, video graphics etc. It has been a month I am enjoying every bit of it. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone looking for gaming, IT training or anything that requires a hard working machine to operate properly.

Omnibook touch is awesome experience in tech workd. Love to use copilot feature in daily learning. It has actually change my learning experience. Excellent touch response and quality build of laptop.
