The Ryzen 5 chip is extremely fast, system boots up quickly. Did not transfer anything over from my Win 10 laptop except some data files. The reason for 4 stars was that there is no right side number keypad. Had to buy a wireless keypad. I do a lot of number crunching (accounting business). The horizontal numbers aren't as easy to use as the side keypad. Didn't notice this b/4 buying. But, still a great buy for the price. Geek Sqd set it up. Rdy to go after a couple of hrs.

meets by needs for a home computer. easy to navigate. I do miss the numbers being located on the right side of the keyboard so had some getting adjusted to keyboard.

So far i love this computer. Fast, quiet, works great. A little on the heavy side compared to previous laptop, but otherwise i would definitely recommend.

I love my new lap top. So far- so good with no complaints. I like the fact that’s it’s a touch screen, which works well and it’s a flip. Its nice to sit in bed with a flip lap-top, if needed. Its working perfect for my everyday computer needs and so much more. It’s a great buy!

I’ve had this HP Omnibook laptop for almost 2 months now. I like the quick on option when opening my laptop. Overall I really like the laptop. My only complaint is the keyboard keys are too flat. Either I have weird fingers/hands or it’s the keyboard. The keys are flatter than my old laptop and I keep pushing the wrong keys, very often. It’s very annoying. I got this laptop because mine was over 10 years old, no longer getting updates, and having issues crashing/not working. I use my laptop for personal reasons, a few hours a week. If I needed it more often I would probably have to use my wireless keyboard I have for work the keyboard is that disruptive.

I bought the product without any hassle. They helped me choose exactly what I needed, and once I got home, the product turned out to be great easy, intuitive, and reliable. On top of that, I have the peace of mind of knowing it’s protected in case of damage or if there’s anything I’m not sure how to use.

Great laptop. Screen is very large which is great. the keyboard keys are very close to each other which takes some getting used to. It is also quite heavy. Other than that its a nice HP laptop

The laptop does everything I need to do good thing to Geek Squad taught me on windows 11 and the assistant manager at the Best Buy when the extra steps to find my laptop sees it was misplaced in the warehouse

Works well for the two weeks that I have had it. Bright screen. Larger than my old one. Does what it is supposed to do.

Love it thus far, fast proficient, easy to use, keys are large as I wanted. have not yet run into any blocks or issues

Super easy purchase and a great deal on this HP laptop. I love the flexibility of both a solid laptop, but also doubles as a tablet. I'm eager to use this on my next flight as my Samsung tablet no longer works on AA airliners. I'm very happy with the purchase a couple weeks in!

Absolutely love this item so far. Great screen ratio and volume. Battery life is exactly how I want it: It Lasts! I was afraid to buy it due to a lot of comments about the keyboard, but I don't really have an issue with it. Let's see how it'll perform in 6 months!

Our experience at the Midwest City location is always great. The staff is very helpful and listen to the needs of what we want and use of the product we need to purchase. They never try to push the most expensive thing, just cause. Greatly appreciated the Best Buy staff. We bought this laptop for my daughter who is about to start freshman year of college. It handles all the needs and requirements she has for success to continue her education.
