I bought this computer for school and I have not had any problems with it. The battery life is amazing and charges super fast. I love the flip book feature.

It gets kinda hot and the heat isn’t dispersed well with most of the heat going out the bottom left side making that part some what hot. And for gaming a 120hz screen would make this a 4.5-5 star labtop

Love the 16" screen size (for my graphics work) and that it is a touch screen. It's fairly thin, well made, and easy to carry.

I love my new Laptop purchased from Best Buy. It was on sale and fits my needs perfectly. The process was quick and easy to convert everything onto my new laptop from my old.

From the moment I opened the box and turned the computer on I liked this computer. It was easy to set up and transfer my files from the previous laptop as well as sync everything with my desktop computer. The touch screen and ability to turn the computer into a tablet makes this versatile computer a must have for anyone who has a job that requires a laptop like this one.

I'm giving this 4 stars because so far so good but I just recently purchased it and hopeful I won't have any problems. It was very easy to set up. I would have liked a keyboard with a number pad but that's just a preference. It's a bit heavier than I would have liked for a laptop but still loving it.

Its working fine No issues except for the dummy thats using it. Very fast, easy to read screen Very happy with it

It's only used for minimal tasks. It works well for that. Have not had it long enough to reveal any issues.
