I would not recommend this laptop, it comes with Microsoft Copilot+ AI running all the time. When Copilot+ runs it makes the laptop get too hot to use on a lap as the case heats up and the fans run full speed. BestBuy has a 14 day return policy for this item and I had problems at day 16, so that is another reason not to get it. I had to completely remove all the gaming features, and remove Microsoft Copilot+ just to get the laptop to run cool and quieter.

Great laptop does everything you need and super easy to use got for older mom it’s perfect!

I love this computer for my needs! I actually wasn't sure I'd like the touchscreen, but I am becoming a fan! Love folding it in half and using like a tablet too.

I am really excited to have this PC because it allows me the flexibility to work from home and also for my creative projects like my self-journey that I have been vlogging.

Great laptop, pretty fast. My only complaint is the keys on the keyboard are a little too big.

The screen is very bright which is appreciated due to poor eyesight. The keyboard was disappointing compare to Dell products I had. Missing was the number pad and certain other keys for navigating the page.

Excellent laptop! good color, and ability to fold the cover back to use like a pad.

Nice laptop that takes a little getting used to as clicks and some keys are sticky. Also be aware that the laptop comes with a load of unnecessary apps to upsell stuff. That's annoying!

The computer is good, everything about it is ok. Not sure how I feel about the keyboards though. Mix feeling too much space for lower part of the keyboard.
