I bought the Omni as it was the latest version of the older Version of the HP ENVY 360 that i currently use. It is the best thing ever. Keyboard layout and nighttime visibility an absolute joy.

Absolutely love the laptop. Very useful for everyday activities, work, and entertainment. A little low on the volume side but with bluetooth connectivity this is not a deal breaker.

I just love my new HP laptop. It has a sleek appearance, it runs faster than my old one laptop (I had Windows 10 and now I have Windows 11) and looks nice in my office. The salesman helped me choosing the right laptop and was very patient. I would definitely buy computers, phones, TVs and anything else you may need for your house.

I would really like this laptop if the sound would work consistently. I bought this model in July and the sound never consistently worked, despite the efforts of Geek Squad and a personally hired tech person. Finally, I returned the original laptop and got a replacement with the same model, thinking I’d just gotten a “lemon”. I could not face more hours on the phone and text with tech support, so after a short time with them again for a recurrence of the same problem, I used the onboard diagnostic and got it to work for a little longer. So, have been limping along. The sound will work if I restart the device immediately before I need to use the sound, like right before a Zoom meeting! I live a a couple of hours away from a Best Buy store, and reaching them by phone has become more difficult as they do not allow customers to call the store directly anymore. It has been frustrating and I will not buy from this company again.

Was looking for a new computer because my current desktop was not upgradeable to Windows 11. I have used laptops before and decided to go back to a lap top. This unit offered the most capability for the affordable price point. - 16" touch screen - 16 GB of memory - Windows 11 - camera What was missing was a microphone and a 1 TB harddrive,
