Sales person lied. Also hard time if you need anything refunded.

Good afternoon, The laptop was returned. Unfortunately, after about 45 days of use, the laptop would not boot up and became stuck in a loop, requiring the laptop to be reset. Well, many attempts were made to reset the laptop, but all failed. I haven't had good luck with HP products in the past, so I gave it another try, hoping their issues with their systems were fixed. Still no luck.

I don't have to read a book while waiting for it to boot up

Returned this item because it wanted me to create a new pin each time I logged in. I could deal with the weight of the laptop but not the pin issue.

Laptop worked well but seems to have a degrading battery out of the box. 1st day I received it the battery lasted for about 14-15 hours web viewing but day two that life span has been cut in half I'll end up returning mine for a replacement overall a solid experience just bad battery

Laptop keeps giving me problems, wont charge at some point. Keeps locking me out, and wont let me in.

I purchased this laptop on August 30th yesterday the screen stopped rotating when you flip it etc. It was non-returnable September 15th today is the 18th geez! I've been on hold with HP for 2 hours and have a Geek Squad appointment set. This laptop started wonderfully now I'm so confused. Don't waste your money I'm now stuck with a laptop that doesn't even do the fancy stuff I originally purchased it for.

The laptop refuse to start sometimes. Have to be plugged in to start even when battery is not dead. The first unit had horrible screen bleeding, the store display units did too. Fortunately the second unit was okay.

Not a great computer! It turnes off out of nowhere every 2 to 3 days. I have installed all the updates and it keeps giving me the same problem.

Runs out of battery quick, speaker not loud, slow sometimes

It stopped working within a month of purchase. The screen wouldn’t go beyond the pin. I took it to geek squad and apparently it’s a common issue.

After 2 months, laptop no longer recognized wi-fi network adapter.

I bought this laptop for my daughter, After a week of having the laptop, the pin to enter the laptop stopped working and made me send a code to my email to even access my laptop. I downloaded an excel sheet for school and none of the numbers popped up and only showed me "VALUE!"; Maybe im not tech savy but i've never had any issues with Macbooks.

This one was defective and exchanged it. The Geek squad was good at looking at it and finding it was defective

As of 12/30/25, I am experiencing problems with a blue box appearing at turning it on.

This is the worst HP I've ever owned! The battery last less than 4 hours browsing IF THAT. It hangs all the time. The mouse pad doesn't seem to understand left click vs right click etc.. Complete garbage!

Crashed within days. Cannot log in opening screen. Tried to reset. Unable to find key to unlock drive. Cannot log into Microsoft. Iam confined to a wheelchair so I can’t get to Chattanooga.
