The battery only lasted a couple oc hours not the high double digits stated. 2. It was extremely hot while charging making it very uncomfortable to use. 3. The touchscreen would stop working until I pressed a something on the keyboard. 4. The very thin frame around the touchscreen meant accidentally touching the screen while simply trying to hold it steady.

Thought the surface laptop was good, but, this HP omnibook is by far a much better laptop, and the price was less than half of what I paid for my surface pro. Did a lot of searching for a great laptop, and Best Buy came through with the best deal.
