Laptop in good condition and its performance is excellent. The speed is exceptional.

The computer itself is great. The only issue I experienced was with the mouse pad. I brought it to Geek Squad, and they reset and reworked it, but the issue continued. I ended up purchasing an external mouse and haven’t had any problems since. Overall, I’m very pleased with everything else.

Works great for everything I need for the classroom. Can connect through HDMI just fine even with tablet mode. Does not come with a stylus but worked fine with the pen I bought for the touch screen.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for! Heavy duty body and didn’t have to chose between a tablet or laptop with the flip feature!

HP Omni book X-Flip Laptop - This was available at the time with good holiday pricing. I am more of a Dell person. I like their warranty onsite service . The ads for their laptops and Lenovo was listing older tech. I wanted USB-C 2.0 or better. This laptop had better display resolution as well along with 6E wireless. The processor speed isn’t up there with the other high end processors, but I am a retired pc and server service person, and more interested in home business use and browsing now. The OS is Windows Home 11. I’m use to the Pro version, so I will see how limited my options are. The battery life is rated in the 21 hours + range. I picked up a USB-C dock with Ethernet and SD and micro sd card and a 220w USB-c charger and additional cable to push the 100w dock and to charge the HP Omni book X-Flip Laptop. Setup was very easy and straightforward. I only wish that I had a backup on iCloud first. The process would have gleaned over my data effortlessly. I do have a separate backup on hdd and SD card so I did that. I will setup the iCloud backup later for this laptop. Purchasing this laptop was easy and I upgraded to the BestBuy Plus membership as a bonus freebee. I had a base membership before. I can’t speak for HP reliability yet since it is too early since the Labor Day weekend purchase. It looks great though ! I am sure that this laptop will last me for a long while more.

This is the best laptop you can buy. I caught it on sale for just over $420. I can complete all my schoolwork, flip it around and read my chapters for school, then play video games should I want to. An all around steal!!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my son and he absolutely loves it. His older HP laptop was worn out and now he has a touch screen and tablet functionality in addition to a powerful laptop. A great buy!!

I purchased this computer mainly for use at teade shows to stream 4K content- it is great for this and all around great performance.

An excellent laptop with endless capabilities with Copilot+ and a 16" screen and vibrant colors. Great storage capacity and memory. Also, light weight and easy to carry it around, home, office etc.

Start up is so much quicker than my outdated previous computer. Great ease of setup and features. Wish it had lifted keyboard but I bought it knowing it didn’t have it. Great purchase!

This is just what I needed. It is working perfectly! The Geek Squad got my files transferred, and I am not having any issues!

Great battery life and a descent display , good option for students

I want to share a very positive experience with one staff member at Best Buy in Cordova Mall. The store was extremely busy, yet he took the time to patiently answer our questions and never made us feel rushed. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through the options, which made choosing the right laptop a comfortable and confident experience. His calm, professional manner stood out, especially given how hectic the store was at the time. Because of his help, we felt great about our decision and truly appreciated the level of care and customer service he provided. A great example of how excellent staff can make all the difference.

It runs smooth and fast. The only thing i don't like is setting it up, but that is with any of the electronics anymore.
