This was a present for my granddaughter, for college. The person sales person was one of the most disinterested sales person I ever met. Seemed like he didn't want to be there. Very disappointed.

I would really like this laptop if the sound would work consistently. I bought this model in July and the sound never consistently worked, despite the efforts of Geek Squad and a personally hired tech person. Finally, I returned the original laptop and got a replacement with the same model, thinking I’d just gotten a “lemon”. I could not face more hours on the phone and text with tech support, so after a short time with them again for a recurrence of the same problem, I used the onboard diagnostic and got it to work for a little longer. So, have been limping along. The sound will work if I restart the device immediately before I need to use the sound, like right before a Zoom meeting! I live a a couple of hours away from a Best Buy store, and reaching them by phone has become more difficult as they do not allow customers to call the store directly anymore. It has been frustrating and I will not buy from this company again.

I bought the Omni as it was the latest version of the older Version of the HP ENVY 360 that i currently use. It is the best thing ever. Keyboard layout and nighttime visibility an absolute joy.

I enjoy the large display. It loads most apps very quickly. It can even handle some games on xbox pc game pass. I'm pleased with my purchase.
