This laptop works very well, with a great display and keyboard. However both the machine and the cord are heavier than expected. The 2 charging ports are convenient! However the bottom of the laptop gets quite hot when using the fast charging port. Overall, worth the money, since I purchased it on sale.

I have been an apple product user for years and I finally decided to make a switch. This computer is everything in one. it works great like a tablet and you can get a pen with it. I use it for the medical field and even with how large it is, it’s super easy to carry around and it work smoothly and quickly.

I purchased this laptop for my semester of college. I love the sleekness of this laptop as well as the features, I purchased the 16 inch screen and it is larger than what I thought. This laptop works really well but for whatever reason I do have issues with it recognizing my face. I have switched it to "pin" only and haven't had any issues. I love the versatile modes of it.

Very pleased with this purchase. My last laptop only lasted a little over 2 years. I went back to HP,. I have a desktop model from around 2017 that is still working. This one is fast; has all the bells and whistles. A! part is a little difficult for me to get the hang of but I was born prior to everyone having computers. Lol! Love having the backlit keys again. Was easy to transfer things from my phones and tablets to this laptop. I do like the light build. I do miss not having DVD players since I have a large collection of CDs.

This pc is fast and helps me connect with my students in so many ways. I can flip the screen to a more lap top mode to write on it like a white board or to annotate a diagram, while standing next to what can be considered "challenging" students, take attendance, and send a quick canvas update for an assignment. It's heavier than a tablet to be sure, but a small av cart makes it easy to zip around for my special education aide,

This computer is easy to use. It has a slender profile and is lightweight. The screen is crisp and the processor is fast.

Very nice device for the price, I always start with HP due to their reliability. I would have rather have the 10-key on the side, but the price was much more. Using this keyboard is a little easier after using for over a month now. Overall, this is a very good device. I use it for game play, emails, managing accounts, and shopping,

I have been using HP Omni book x flip last few days, and I'm really happy with it. The screen is big and looks great for both work and watching videos. I like the 2 in one design because I can flip it into tablet mode when needed. the battery easily lasts through my day; overall, it's reliable and comfortable to use that I enjoying using every day

Very happy with this PC purchase. The display and size are great, although it is a little heavy. Can't beat the features and the processor has been very responsive.

this was my first ever personal laptop after only having a work laptop. i wanted something reliable, fast, long lasting and something with a lot of storage to help me manage all of my work documents from home. so far this computer has been everything i was looking for and additionally i love the touch screen

Very sturdy unit - heavier than expected, making it less enjoyable to place on my lap to use in any configuration. I love the touch screen and the fact that the hinges seem strong, which was a main reason for purchasing a new laptop (the hinges on my existing HP 17 inch laptop with a DVD drive are broken so that I cannot close it, making it more of a desktop than a portable unit). I was able to turn off the touch pad so that I could type on the keyboard without constantly moving the cursor unintentionally. A drawback is that it doesn't come with a numeric keypad which I find very useful, but everything is a trade off. I would recommend this unit if you can get it for the price I paid ($499.99) with a Best Buy CC, allowing for zero % financing if paid off in 12 months.

Great laptop! Would buy again. Great battery life and fast charging options. Kids use it to play farming simulator, and it has great quality and graphics. The folding option is awesome. Definitly would buy again.

Easy to set up and use, love the large keys. It is a little heavy and doesn't come with a stylus but still a solid purchase.

I love this laptop so far! Everything loads really fast and I love the size of the keyboard / screen. While I haven't used the flip capability much, I like that it has that option.

Quick, responsive, great value. Like that it can be used like a laptop and as a flip screen. Just wished it had a bigger SSD drive.

This is a very fast and well constructed laptop. I like the basic, backlit keyboard, the large mousepad, and the high resolution display. I have owned numerous laptops since the early 1990's, for both work as an engineer / program manager and for personal use. This is the best ever, by far.

So far working good, fast and screen resolution and sound are very good. Only problem with heat producing while charging. Otherwise its good. Backup is awesome.

Overall it's very good. 2 very little things that might not matter to everyone. 1. it's a bit heavier than my last laptop. 2. no number keypad, which I can learn to live without. I do love the flip option!!! It's my 1st on that can do that! The price I paid for what I got was phenomenal! Thanks Best Buy!!
