Overall it's very good. 2 very little things that might not matter to everyone. 1. it's a bit heavier than my last laptop. 2. no number keypad, which I can learn to live without. I do love the flip option!!! It's my 1st on that can do that! The price I paid for what I got was phenomenal! Thanks Best Buy!!

This laptop is fast, well put together, and feels very sturdy. I’ve purchased a few other laptops recently, and many of them felt flimsy—this one does not. The build quality is solid, and everything feels tight and durable. Performance has been excellent so far. It’s very responsive, boots quickly, and handles multitasking without any issues. I really like the Copilot features, the fingerprint login for quick and secure access, and the added privacy features like the camera shutter and privacy indicator. The backlit keyboard is a nice touch, especially in low-light settings. Overall, this is a great bang for the money considering the specs, build quality, and features. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, reliable, and well-built laptop at a great price.

Love this laptop! As a nursing student the 2-in-1 feature is very convenient for studying, lectures and taking notes (as well as couch rotting on those rare days I don’t have any school work). On downside I will mention is the weight, it is around 4lbs so nothing unmanageable just heavier than I am used to in a laptop but I presume that is normal with 2-in-1 style laptops.

The screen is clear, images crisp. Extremely fast, I don't game and use it for scrolling and work. It's surprisingly heavy, not a problem for me as I don't usually move it around. The simplified keyboard is large, again fine for me. It looks like it's catering to the very young or old. I'm the latter, so it works well for me. Great value, bought as a Black Friday special.

The battery life is decent and lasts a good amount of time, though it doesn’t really feel like it can reach the full claimed duration. One thing I find missing is an additional keyboard option, which would have made it more versatile. Other than that, it’s a solid device with a nice display and reliable build quality.

This was the PERFECT gift for my parents! They loved the speed, size of the monitor, and was super excited to learn it was a touchscreen.

I am loving this computer! It is very fast and efficient. Might I mention that it is not a huge computer. Just the right size. I highly recommend.

The laptop is amazing and the price was absolutely breathtaking. I must have visited at the right time. I love it and it is very fast. Boot time is in seconds. I love the touchscreen and the ability to flip the case for different positions.

Got this laptop to be able to work from home, but it does so much more. I've worked on it, created tattoos, streamed movies, played games online with my bf while he's out of town working, the works. Battery life is great, doesn't really get too warm unless I'm doing a lot on it while it's charging. Nice large screen. Great laptop for the price

I got this computer for checking work emails and my son has used it for some light gaming. The battery life is pretty good. My only complaint is it gets a little hot while he plays games, but a cooling station has helped tremendously.

This computer has made life so much easier than it was while using the old one. Here is a computer that does everything that a laptop should. It boots up quickly, has a touchscreen and connects quickly to the internet. The staff at BB also helped to get everything set up perfectly. Thank you.

I love the nice, sleek design and how light it is. I chose this because it was a 2-in-1 design, a back-lit keyboard, and long battery life, even though I prefer a smaller screen than the 16-inch one. That being said, I have never been able to get it to power down. I thought I might be doing something wrong, but now it won't come on, the power button is lit up, and the computer is fully charged. I will have to take it in to have it looked at, and am disappointed that the location I purchased from does not have service, and I will have to go to a location that is inconvenient.

Computer works as well as expected. Works fast for everyday use. Took one Star away for not having a numbers keypad on the right.

A great laptop, perfect size, and so easy to use, especially with HDMI-linked larger monitor and USB keyboard and mouse. Quality is great. Microsoft Windows 11 is working fine. Laptop is more than sufficient for home use.
