So far after only using it a few times in the first month I’ve owned it, it’s a decent machine with pretty good speed. I love how fast it boots up. My only complaint is how hot it gets while charging. Both the bottom of the laptop and charger as well. I have to use a USB lap fan so I won’t get burned. For that reason, I give it 4 stars.

Everything I need, great features and super easy setup

I would really like this laptop if the sound would work consistently. I bought this model in July and the sound never consistently worked, despite the efforts of Geek Squad and a personally hired tech person. Finally, I returned the original laptop and got a replacement with the same model, thinking I’d just gotten a “lemon”. I could not face more hours on the phone and text with tech support, so after a short time with them again for a recurrence of the same problem, I used the onboard diagnostic and got it to work for a little longer. So, have been limping along. The sound will work if I restart the device immediately before I need to use the sound, like right before a Zoom meeting! I live a a couple of hours away from a Best Buy store, and reaching them by phone has become more difficult as they do not allow customers to call the store directly anymore. It has been frustrating and I will not buy from this company again.

It has some weird glitches here and there. But overall good laptop- the glitches id say is that it has trouble catching wifi from a. Long range… but I like that it does turn into a laptop

Works as it should. Like the touch screen and the size.

I like the PC. It has beautiful 16in screen and makes multitaking easy. I dislike for some reason the screen automatically rotates and won't rotate back to standard postion automatically when laptop is in upright position
