Great buy it was what I wanted for my daughter for Art to scketch, download games and for school. She was able to connect her VR set to her laptop. It's like all in one. She can use it for college or university classes.

Nice HW. Still trying to get to know it and Windows 11. Power cord (USB-A) is a little susceptible to not staying plugged. Seems slower to start up after it goes to sleep. I probably haven't yet found the right setting to adjust. Geek Squad Data Transfer hit some anomalies (shortcuts, Quick Access, stored file launches) that didn't convert.

I'm very pleased with this laptop and with the salespeople at Best Buy. I would certainly go back there for my electronic needs!

very useful, easy to use and carry around nice features

Purchased this for my niece starting college, this laptop has everything she needs and great storage and applications. This laptop is made to last her through college and the price was perfect.

Computer works great after I redownloaded Windows, One Drive wasn't working right, had a lot of strange settings which made it difficult to work with, so I finally started over with Windows. Almost made me wonder if someone had the computer before because it was set up for a metered data and other things you don't normally see on a new computer. Customer service was a joke. Computer was supposed to be delivered next day. It didn't come and I couldn't get any answers from Customer Service. I finally got it 2 days later. I was trying to cancel the order because of the poor customer service and twice when I got to the finally option the phone call dropped.

Love the Omnibook. Its has awesome features. I use the tablet mode a lot and the Copilot is very useful. CON- No number pad

This is my first laptop so nothing to compare it to. It does seem to get hot quickly. I keep it plugged in most of the time but the few times I used it with the battery, it did seem to run the battery down quickly. Love the touch screen and is easy to use.

I was not in the market for a computer until I learned my computer will be out dated in October. My old computer will not update past Microsoft 10. I love my new computer.
