    Start up speed is really quick. Really like the picture quality. Haven’t ran the battery all the way down yet so I can’t really advise on that but seems pretty good.

    Computer works great after I redownloaded Windows, One Drive wasn't working right, had a lot of strange settings which made it difficult to work with, so I finally started over with Windows. Almost made me wonder if someone had the computer before because it was set up for a metered data and other things you don't normally see on a new computer. Customer service was a joke. Computer was supposed to be delivered next day. It didn't come and I couldn't get any answers from Customer Service. I finally got it 2 days later. I was trying to cancel the order because of the poor customer service and twice when I got to the finally option the phone call dropped.

    Nice HW. Still trying to get to know it and Windows 11. Power cord (USB-A) is a little susceptible to not staying plugged. Seems slower to start up after it goes to sleep. I probably haven't yet found the right setting to adjust. Geek Squad Data Transfer hit some anomalies (shortcuts, Quick Access, stored file launches) that didn't convert.
