    I went in store and purchase this item cause I was having problems with the system online. They had it on display but didn’t have it in stock. They said they could ship it for me. I paid for it and left the store. On my way home they cancelled my order. I called customer service and they haven’t solve the issue. I’m so disappointed

    The first time I charged this laptop the battery got so hot, the case could not be touched with bare hands and would not turn on afterwards.

    This is the worst product. There is noticeable lag, the refresh rate is very poor, and it is not worth buying. Additionally, there are dead cells at the bottom of the screen, and the screen quality is not premium.

    It sucks, when one buys a computer to get email and I need an enail address to activate it, that sucks. put the code on the box or or activate the contraption in the store. I am in a wheelchair and have to arrange transportation and buying something then taking it home and back to the store. no way
