Power cord (USB-A) is a little susceptible to not staying plugged. Seems slower to start up after it goes to sleep. I probably haven't yet found the right setting to adjust. Geek Squad Data Transfer hit some anomalies (shortcuts, Quick Access, stored file launches) that didn't convert.

My old computer will not update past Microsoft 10. I love my new computer.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty sizable and sturdy laptop, touchpad very large and slow to wake up when touched. not super comfortable to use with the keyboard. extends too far to the right and palm bumps it which causes it to register movements when I dont want it to. Not a horrible laptop just not what I was looking for. Ended up exchanging for something smaller and more ergonomic

It does seem to get hot quickly. I keep it plugged in most of the time but the few times I used it with the battery, it did seem to run the battery down quickly. Love the touch screen and is easy to use.
