Nice computer but keyboard is a little on the high side you have to put palms on computer and mouse is bigger then I am use too clicking so far left

The computer was ok. Not worth the price. The keyboard is too big for my liking.

Computer seemed kind if slow, also bottom of latop on left side; internal was extremely hot.

The laptop wasn’t as fast as I was expecting for a 16GB memory model. I also thought the buttons were too big and didn’t have a good tactile feel.

This would have been a better rating is this laptop had a numeral keypad. I really miss it. Other than that, it has been an OK laptop.

I went in store and purchase this item cause I was having problems with the system online. They had it on display but didn’t have it in stock. They said they could ship it for me. I paid for it and left the store. On my way home they cancelled my order. I called customer service and they haven’t solve the issue. I’m so disappointed

I’ve been using this laptop for a couple of weeks and I’m really impressed. It’s fast, lightweight, and perfect for everyday tasks . The screen is bright and clear, the keyboard feels great, and the battery easily lasts through the day. Quiet cooling and solid build quality make it a great value for the price. Highly recommend!

A good Computer, but not enough for my son's engineering class

This is the worst product. There is noticeable lag, the refresh rate is very poor, and it is not worth buying. Additionally, there are dead cells at the bottom of the screen, and the screen quality is not premium.

It sucks, when one buys a computer to get email and I need an enail address to activate it, that sucks. put the code on the box or or activate the contraption in the store. I am in a wheelchair and have to arrange transportation and buying something then taking it home and back to the store. no way

This laptop is complete garbage. Doesn't start up (BIOS issue). No help online. Never buying HP again. Just wasted $800
