    Nice computer but keyboard is a little on the high side you have to put palms on computer and mouse is bigger then I am use too clicking so far left

    The laptop wasn’t as fast as I was expecting for a 16GB memory model. I also thought the buttons were too big and didn’t have a good tactile feel.

    If I could return this laptop, I honestly would. It runs extremely slow, and the keyboard often lags when I’m typing, which makes it really frustrating to get anything done. I don’t even use the AI features, but I can’t help wondering if they’re slowing everything down. One of the worst moments was when I stepped away while writing a school essay, and when I came back, the laptop wouldn’t turn back on until it forced an update. I ended up losing my work and had to rewrite the entire essay from scratch. I did order it new, but with all the issues I’ve had, I’m starting to wonder if I was sent a used one. Mind you this is a brand new 3 month old computer.
