    I knew my window 10 would eventually crash and it did. I went to my favorite electronics store and with the assistance from Delicia and answering all of my questions, this HP was the best laptop to get and once I got it home, it is the best laptop!!!

    So far it is working well for me. It has been fairly simple to use. I am a neophyte. I use it mostly for e-mail and a little googling. It is fast to power on and get to my shortcuts compared to my previous laptop. Disappointed that companies remove some usb ports and other accessibility.

    So far I am happy with the computer and working on mastering Windows 11 and AI that is in the new system. Responsive and quick. Serves my needs, which is word processing and online work. Don't know how it would work for a graphics oriented person.

    I love this laptop. The design is very smooth. I like the backlit keyboard which is perfect for late night work. The co pilot feature is amazing. As a college student, this laptop is more than enough. The only issue is that its kinda heavy for a laptop but other than that, its a good laptop.
