    This is my first laptop so nothing to compare it to. It does seem to get hot quickly. I keep it plugged in most of the time but the few times I used it with the battery, it did seem to run the battery down quickly. Love the touch screen and is easy to use.

    I was not in the market for a computer until I learned my computer will be out dated in October. My old computer will not update past Microsoft 10. I love my new computer.

    The computer is working nicely. However, the windows 11 is a mess. To much unneeded "Bull". It is very difficult for a 83 year old person to go from a very easy Windows system to the new very system that is directed to heavy advertisements, too many screen pictures that are a waste of "??????Time". I purchased my new computer two months ago and Best Buy will finally set-up, my printer next week. I am paying them more to set up my computer than it cost me to purchase My Hp Office jet pro 8135e. One plus to Best Buy. The G Squad is great. They always have given me great service the last six times I visited the store.
