    My only issue is that I am not used to the flush keyboard with no space between keys. I have yet to use all of the features on the laptop.

    Purchase this computer a few weeks ago. Still trying to get accustomed to not having a numbers pad. I’m so accustomed to a numbers pad and having to use the numbers at the top of the letters is a bit trying. Really thinking of returning it before my 30 days is up and buying another one with the numbers pad on the right. Also keys seem to be a bit stiff, have to touch with a bit more force when typing. But I’m still an HP product person.

    Haven’t had a chance to really get in this thing but so far everything has worked great. Keyboard is comfortable to use. The size is just right. The picture quality is great.

    The store experience was good. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Geek Squad did the conversion from my MS Surface tablet to the new HP laptop. Very satisfied. I wish the keyboard were a backlit keyboard to make typing easier.

    DIDN'T WANT A WINDOWS 11, BUT MY OLD LAPTOP WAS 11 YEARS OLD. SO FAR OK. SALES PERONS WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND REALLY HELPED WITH WHAT I NEEDED.

    Purchased for my daughter to use at college. The first one we got we only had it for 3 hrs and had to return it to the store the screen froze. They exchanged it free of charge for a new one. Set it up and have had no issues. We were forced into buying the best buy total membership and best buy protection plus.
