    Haven’t had a chance to really get in this thing but so far everything has worked great. Keyboard is comfortable to use. The size is just right. The picture quality is great.

    I truely love my new laptop. The touch screens dm the new pen that goes along with it. I love the screen size. I am able to pull up more than 2 screen at once. The cost of the proctor is at a great price. Thank you ❤️

    Pretty sizable and sturdy laptop, touchpad very large and slow to wake up when touched. not super comfortable to use with the keyboard. extends too far to the right and palm bumps it which causes it to register movements when I dont want it to. Not a horrible laptop just not what I was looking for. Ended up exchanging for something smaller and more ergonomic

    Purchased for my daughter to use at college. The first one we got we only had it for 3 hrs and had to return it to the store the screen froze. They exchanged it free of charge for a new one. Set it up and have had no issues. We were forced into buying the best buy total membership and best buy protection plus.

    The store experience was good. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Geek Squad did the conversion from my MS Surface tablet to the new HP laptop. Very satisfied. I wish the keyboard were a backlit keyboard to make typing easier.
