WoW! You guys at Best Buy are amazing. The salesmen, in Anderson, the technicians in Greenville are most helpful and patient in sharing their expertise and knowledge of computers. For an older person who did not grow up with the technology the Geek Squad service is a good choice for understanding the course of computers and how to best navigate any program the owner wishes to use. Very good computer I loved ideal for family work and students

This is a really good laptop. It does everything I want with great resolution and speed.

Very good perfect for school. Touch screen is a must for school but I got even more than that. This computer transforms into a tablet! LOVE!

We have been purchasing a few items from Best Buy lately (car stereo, tv's, two ipads, and the last item was this laptop. We are very pleased with all the items. The young man that helped with the laptop was very professional and knowledgeable - he actually talked me into a higher end, more expensive laptop and I couldn't be happier. I also purchased the warranty for the laptop and the last ipad we got. We will continue to visit Best Buy for many of our needs since the company now offers so much more. Thank you!

The OmniBook X has been such a delight to use and I'm so happy I pulled the trigger and made the step up from my Chromebook. Its leaps and bounds better in every way than my last laptop! Highly recommend this computer!

Loving my new pc....especially windows 11 and the larger screen.

I like the flip feature, It's fast enough for me and the size 16" is large enough for an older person by making the font size larger.

Awesome laptop had it for maybe a week and a half and so far it has exceeded expectations by a far margin definitely worth the money.

I had an old Chromebook laptop, and when I bought this one, it took some getting used to, but it is amazing. It is faster than fast, the picture is great, and I really love it. I've only had this for a few weeks. Already, I can't imagine not having this laptop. The employees at Best Buy are amazingly knowledgeable, and the Geek Squad will get you up and running. Do not doubt purchasing this item.

It’s quick on the Internet, has a lovely backlit keyboard (that for some reason a lot of affordable laptops no longer have), and the screen is BRIGHT. It’s perfect - all I wanted.

This laptop is perfect for what I needed. I love that you can turn it into a tablet or have it standing up halfway. The speed is perfect and the display is beautiful.

Took me some time to get used to it, but for what I need it for this is perfect. I looked at the options in my price range and explained what I was looking for with a sales associate. The model of what I wanted was discontinued, but then he suggested this model. It was less expensive than the one that had been discontinued, and it had the features I wanted, and could be used as a tablet. Not that I would ever need that feature but never say never. I have the Geek Squad Total Tech, so they set it all up for me. All in all, great experience.

I’d say it’s been good so far. Love the features even though I only got to kno after I had bought it that I could’ve gotten a higher intel core for faster speed but it’s okay. I love the display and how smooth it is. I’d say it’s a good buy . I would have gone for the smaller one if they had it in store for sale but I mean it is what it is
