Easy to transfer files from old laptop, good speed and connectivity

My opinion is baised because I only buy HP when it comes to computers and printers. I purchased this computer for my son and so far he loves

Great value for performance specs and battery life.

This has all the bells and whistles needed for newly graduated architect. It has helped with designs etc.

We replaced 2 HP laptops that we used for over 5 years. When Windows 10 became obsolete, we decided to look for 2 replacement laptops. We shopped online to check price prices and features, then checked prices and models at local retail places we found this HP laptop, and it was a good fit for what we needed and was well-priced. We recommended it to a other people who were also looking for an upgrade/replacement.

I like the sleek appearance. I'm continuing to discover new things about the product. It connected to my portable monitor with ease HDMI. The battery life is great. The graphics are great. The cord is long and strong.

I am surprised by how much I am enjoying the laptop and since I’m not really a technical person how easy it has been to use. Wish I would have gotten it sooner…. The people at Best Buy have been very knowledgeable and helpful…. Thanks… J

Smooth during multi tasking. Multiple windows open but doesn't get bogged down.

I love the size of the laptop. The Microsoft offerings are top notch--some are new to me. Color is fantastic and very bright as well as precise. This model is by far the best I have used. I am so glad to find it helpful, but offer new ways to do a project in a better way.

Great laptop. First time having one as I have always used a desktop so it was a bit different. I downloaded the user manual which has been a great help.

So far great value, good price, nice screen size & colors, fast ,just what you need for up dating from Windows 10 to 11 !

I am truly happy with my new HP laptop and the service I received when making the purchase. The team was patient and knowledgeable thru-out the process. I started at the Cherry Hill location and felt I did not get the best information. I am happy I decided to ride over to Deptford the following day to speak with another sales person. HP always delivers and such a nice looking laptop.

The lap top is working great and the service at Best Buy was great

It's a bit bulky and heavy for my personal taste but the machine works very smoothly. So far nothing to complain.
