I got this laptop for personal use and have loved it into my work laptop. I love it.

This computer here is on point. It was given to someone for a gift and she loves it.

The hp rep was on-site and was able to find a replacement for the Dell that was an upgrade. With windows 10 home edition being end of life there was little choice but to upgrade to windows 11. So far no complaints other than the usual migration from old to new

Excellent laptop for multitasking and doing school related work. Has the ability to have several tabs open without having to worry about things slowing down. Only downside is that despite the screen's refresh rate being 60 HZ it still feels choppy.

Fair price. Love the large keys. Great color definition. Easy to set up and use.

I wasn’t able to get comfortable with the laptop so I returned it back to the store it wasn’t the laptop I was used to typing on a keyboard.

The worker who helped me pick the computer was amazing very detailed took his time went over different options however the pick up process was a disaster staff was rude short, loss merchandise and didn't want to fulfill the expectations of helping me set up the computer

product is good but the speakers are occupying more space which is limiting the keyboard size

So i got two of these Copilot+ PC laptops/ tablet. This one is HP and it’s good overall but the display hurts my eyes, 1020x1200 it’s not crisp sharp like not at all, I got a lenovo with the same display but the screen is oled and it’s a big difference, i’ll be returning this one soon, not worth it. It also flips backwards to create a tablet. HP support is also hard to reach.
