best purchase that I made in a long time. JUST love my new computer. I don't know what took me so long.

I am enjoying my new computer. It is light and keys are smooth to type.

The hp rep was on-site and was able to find a replacement for the Dell that was an upgrade. With windows 10 home edition being end of life there was little choice but to upgrade to windows 11. So far no complaints other than the usual migration from old to new

Everything we could want in a laptop. Easy to use and a good price.

Excellent laptop for multitasking and doing school related work. Has the ability to have several tabs open without having to worry about things slowing down. Only downside is that despite the screen's refresh rate being 60 HZ it still feels choppy.

The worker who helped me pick the computer was amazing very detailed took his time went over different options however the pick up process was a disaster staff was rude short, loss merchandise and didn't want to fulfill the expectations of helping me set up the computer

I wasn’t able to get comfortable with the laptop so I returned it back to the store it wasn’t the laptop I was used to typing on a keyboard.

Excellent value. Especially at the sale or open box price. The screen is bright and clear and the keyboard is laid out well. No or problems so far in the short time I have had it.

After just a couple of weeks, so far so good. I do love the “flip-back” feature along with the touch screen. In situations that need me to have others see what is on my screen, it is a plus.
