Really good laptop for the price, feels nice to the touch is metal, screen touch is nice and responsive , the keyboard would of been nice if it was more wide but that’s okay.

Excellent product, customer service agents were knowledgeable and very helpful. I am loving y new laptop and very happy to choose this one.

Overall a good laptop. Does what is promised. The one problem I had was the keyboard which is larger than my old laptop. I have small hands and I really have to pay attention to hand placement on the keyboard. Great price.

It was easy to start up, didnt take to long to get it all up and running. And its perfect just for taking care of what u need to online and also giving my daughter somewhere to learn.

Solid construction, decent parts and the price was great. Memory is non-upgradable but enough for most for a couple years. Hard Drive was easily upgradable making this a solid computer. Screen looks great when in use, but backlit quality is lower end making blacks more gray

I'm happy with the computer so far. It is working well.

This is a great computer for the price! I am a bookkeeper, so I have multiple screens open at once, tons of files and the need for a quick change between company files!

Not a wide selection. Sales rep very nice. Sold me the computer. Said I could save 150 dollars if I signed up for their credit card., I did. Took over 45 minutes. Said I could use the 150$'s at any store, Not true as I found out. Only valid at Best Buy. Rep stated many times that I could use the $$'s at any store. Bait and Switch......

The salesman was one in a generation, he went above and beyond i felt so comfortable doing business with him

I was in the Port Charlotte store for a laptop and was greeted by a young man (Key). He walked me through the different use cases for each model and then I chose the best HP for me. Thank you Key.

A wonderful HP. I have always liked the HP product and this laptop is proving my choice of HP to be a good one. The keyboard on this laptop is so easy to use. Large letters and no glare.

Not sure if its just HP but it tales forever to get through the startup. Havent finished yet, had for a month already. Keyboard is nice and its first time for a touch screen, like this feature Last HP I owned was purchased about 15 years ago and its still working. Just thought it should be upgraded.

I absolutely love this touch screen laptop. Had another one before this thats over 7 years old. I loved that one too. This one has the copilot its awesome
