Took me some time to get used to it, but for what I need it for this is perfect. I looked at the options in my price range and explained what I was looking for with a sales associate. The model of what I wanted was discontinued, but then he suggested this model. It was less expensive than the one that had been discontinued, and it had the features I wanted, and could be used as a tablet. Not that I would ever need that feature but never say never. I have the Geek Squad Total Tech, so they set it all up for me. All in all, great experience.

Got it for my 18 year old for school and gaming. She loves it! It's very sleek and modern, high resolution. Her friends now ask her to bring it with her so they can play games on it too.

I found my new computer to be very easy to get set up. I find it does what I need with the speed I require.

So far, I love this laptop. So convenient and easy to use. The convenience of being able to bend the screen multiple ways makes it easier to use while standing up, lying in bed, or sitting on the sofa. I would highly recommend this purchase, and it's a plus because it's an HP product.

I’d say it’s been good so far. Love the features even though I only got to kno after I had bought it that I could’ve gotten a higher intel core for faster speed but it’s okay. I love the display and how smooth it is. I’d say it’s a good buy . I would have gone for the smaller one if they had it in store for sale but I mean it is what it is

Fantastic! I bought this computer for my mother for her 90th Birthday and she ABSOLUTELY loves it! She looks up stuff and people on the internet, watches movies, plays solitaire, etc. She loves the facial recognition feature to open up the computer! HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!
