The laptop is a newer model so it works well. I don't love the keyboard, but that's something I'll used to quickly. All other aspects of this laptop are good to great, I'd say. Getting used to Windows 11 is not overly difficult, but I'd been using an older laptop with Windows 10. It was past time for me to get with the program. overall, I'm happy with this purchase, and super happy with Best Buy, where I purchased this laptop from, with a great knowledgeable employees to answer questions and guide me to the right device.

I really liked the Performance and feature of the laptop which I purchased.

Good computer for what I needed. Beautiful display, however I believe the touch screen or transition between PC to Tablet or vice versa may cause it to glitch sometimes.

I like almost everything about this laptop. It feels solid and well-built. The Core 5 Ultra Series 2 CPU is plenty fast for most tasks. Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors are known for staying at cool temperatures and not using a lot of energy, so battery life is great. I like the 16-inch screen, it's noticeably larger and easier on the eyes than 14 or 13 inch screens I used before, I can never go back to smaller screen. The only thing I wish is that it had a fingerprint reader built-in so you don't have to buy one separately if you need it.
