    So far so good, a little heavier than I like as I carry it from room to room in a medical office. Love the touch of the keyboard better than my MacBook. Vibrant colors, nice size screen for me. No issues to date, been using for 4 months now.

    I absolutely love this laptop! The Copilot feature is awesome and the 16GB memory is more than enough for what I do on a daily basis. The outside is sleek and classy, but sturdy! I have not used the flip function yet, but look forward to using it while watching movies on a business trip! Very affordable with all the accessories!

    Love the size of the screen. Battery dies quickly pretty much have to have it plugged in which defeats the purpose of a laptop. The Face ID camera doesn’t seem to work well. Never finds my face.

    This laptop has been a fantastic replacement for my previous one purchased in '18! Great memory/speed for uploading/editing videos. I didn't think I would need a flipbook laptop but makes it much easier for my work. Great recommendation Best Buy!

    Great product and service! My laptop finally crapped out after like 12 years and it was time for a new one, not being a techy person my wife recommended Best Buy because of the Geek Squad and service there. I went in and they showed me the HP that happened to be on sale nad that they transfer everything over for you. I was blown away with the service and set up, the laptop was ready when they said it would be and everything transferred as needed and worked very well. The tech spent some time with me and did not rush me at all and in the end I was more than pleased with everything. Kudos!
